CMR Paradise

CMR Paradise is where the CMR story of trust began — and today it stands as the largest completed villa project in Kannur district, a title it has held onto through 34 designer homes built across a scenic 3.2-acre landscape in the very heart of Taliparamba town.

Homes here range from 1,400 to 2,900 sq. ft., offered in a choice of 3, 4, or 5 BHK layouts on plots of 6 to 10 cents, so families can pick a footprint that matches how they actually live — starters, growing families, and multi-generational households alike. A generous 70 cents of the total land, more than a fifth of the project, is set aside purely for shared living: a 2,400 sq. ft. club house, library, conference hall, shuttle court, fitness centre, open stadium, and a children’s play area that turns the common grounds into an everyday retreat.
